Rune Edberg is a Danish Second World War historian who holds a Master’s degree in History and Performance Design from Roskilde University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science, Culture, and Museology from the University of Copenhagen.

He was the first Danish historian to be interviewed on the Warfare Podcast with James Rodgers, where they discussed the Danish resistance.

Rune also appeared as a guest expert in History Hit’s documentary In Defence of the Reich: Hitler’s Atlantic Wall.

As an affiliated historian, Rune was also part of the team behind Useeum’s Danish-language podwalk “Slavernes København” (“Slaves of Copenhagen”), which explored Denmark’s colonial past as a slave-trading nation.”
